West Fargo is North Dakota's fastest-growing city, having more than doubled in population over the past two decades to roughly 39,000 residents inside the Fargo metro of 260,000. The construction market here is dominated almost entirely by new construction — single-family in the Eagle Run, Maple Valley, and Brooks Harbor subdivisions, plus a sustained multi-family build-out along Sheyenne Street, 13th Avenue, and the Veterans Boulevard corridor. The City of West Fargo runs its own building inspections separate from Cass County for projects inside city limits, and we maintain their preferred documentation for framing rough-ins.
