Fargo is North Dakota's largest city with roughly 133,000 residents, anchoring the Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo metro of about 260,000. The construction market is exceptionally active for a city its size: NDSU, Sanford Health, and a steady in-migration of agricultural and tech workers have driven one of the most consistent multi-family pipelines in the Upper Midwest. We frame with that wind exposure baked in: heavier hold-downs at corners, additional drag strut connections at second-floor diaphragms, and engineered nailing patterns that satisfy both NDIBC and Cass County inspection. From Long Prairie that's about 3.25 hours via I-94, though many of our crews stage out of Horace, ND for week-long Fargo rotations.
