What's included in a turn-key framing package
- Structural framing: walls, floor systems, roof framing or truss set — wood, steel, or both
- Sheathing and weather barrier: roof and wall sheathing, Zip System taping or Tyvek housewrap, installed to manufacturer spec so warranties hold
- Exterior windows and doors: set, flashed, and integrated with the WRB
- Blocking and backing: for cabinets, handrails, fixtures, and everything the finish trades will hang
- Coordination: crane and lift logistics, panel deliveries, and sequencing with plumbers, electricians, and HVAC
